Project Highlights
  • Project Value: $2.1 million
  • Size: 10,500 square feet
  • Timeline: 2003–2004

The clerestory roof design of this “green” building maximizes limited sunlight in winter months for optimal energy efficiency and indirect lighting.

The building houses a state-of-the-art training facility, as well as a shipping and receiving area for Weight Watchers products. An elevator to the daylight basement provides access to tenant space.

The site abutted a wetland, which restricted construction to the immediate area of the building footprint. To build the parking lot it was necessary to construct a 20-foot high retaining wall along the edge of the wetland to serve as a buffer.
