Project Highlights
This conversion of an old Bradlees store into the new Village Candle manufacturing facility and corporate offices took only six weeks from start to finish, including the abatement of existing asbestos floors. In addition, OAI carved out 7,000 square feet for a new retail store and ran the infrastructure from the space designated as the manufacturing facility to prepare for its construction.
The extremely aggressive schedule could never have been met without all players performing at peak efficiency. Clear communication was essential; the team was literally building from drawings on which the ink was still drying. The job came in on time, on budget and Village Candle remained fully operational throughout.
