E.J. Prescott is the fusion of a three-story corporate office building and warehouse/distribution center. Storage needs required paving more than eight acres.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, the executive floor features extensive finish work including coffered ceilings and special lighting for artwork installations. Not only does the structure marry multiple functions, it reflects the personalities of all three principals, expressed by a diverse collection of art.

Custom solutions were also necessary for the executive conference room and training facility, which defines state of the art. At the touch of one button lights dim, a curtain opens, and screens and projectors appear as if by magic.
