 From the North or South
Take the Brunswick exit (28) from I-295. Follow US-1 north for approximately 1.6 miles. You will come to a light with a Dunkin' Donuts on your right. Turn right onto Church Road. Follow for approximately .6 mile and look for the Brunswick Industrial Park on your right. Follow Industrial Park Road to Bibber Parkway and take a right. OAI is the last building on the right.
