Brunswick Seniors Are Going Back to School. The town of Brunswick, Maine asked Ouellet Associates to renovate an 1854 school house in downtown Brunswick. The revitalized school house will be the new home of People Plus, a non-profit organization that supports independent living for older adults and will also house the Brunswick Teen Center.
Bush Statue Lands On Its Feet. A larger than-life statue of President George H. W. Bush is on display at the University of New England’s George and Barbara Bush Center. UNE asked Ouellet Associates to assist with the installation of the statue which required creating an opening in the roof in order to lower the statue to its final location.

Lux Mentis Scienta, “Knowledge is the light of the mind.” The Colby College motto is inscribed on the walls as you enter the new 9,500-suare-foot bookstore. The book store completion in April, two months ahead of schedule, marked the end of the final phase of the Cotter Union renovation and expansion.
Building A Legacy In Biddeford – the George & Barbara Bush Center is a much anticipated addition to the Ketchum Library, and the Ouellet team is happy to help bring it to fruition. The Center will include George H. W. Bush memorabilia in its legacy library.
Colby College’s new Pulver Pavilion, nicknamed “The Heart” has been beating with life since the start of the academic year. The Pavilion was constructed between the two original wings of Cotter Union, a space formerly spanned by a skywalk.
Adams Hall: Medical College of Mausoleum? OAI crew finds evidence of stiffs under the floorboards. In other words, Adams hall housed the laboratory where students of Bowdoin’s former medical school (1820-1920) practiced on cadavers.
