Paul Henick

Paul brings 26-plus years of construction experience to Ouellet Associates. He began his career at Brown Construction as a carpenter’s helper, rising to carpenter, foreman, superintendent and eventually co-owner and V.P. in charge of field operations, a position he held for five years.

Paul’s expertise ranges from concrete work to pre-engineered structures, but his real love is field supervision. Paul excels at planning and field layout. His motto is “a neat job is a safe job,” and his organizational skills ensure that all of his sites meet exacting standards. He is an excellent motivator and is skilled at getting the most out of a crew, supporting those on his team to go above and beyond.

When he’s not in the field, Paul enjoys hiking and camping with his family, and landscaping his home.
