Project Highlights

  • Project Value: $5 Million
  • Size: 75,500 Square Feet
  • Timeline: 1999–2000

This automotive mega-complex was the third project on which Bill Dodge teamed up with OAI. To minimize the investment in documentation, Mr. Dodge took a leap of faith and gave us the go-ahead to build the four-dealership auto park based on specs from previous jobs. In addition to the construction of BMW, Infiniti, Cadillac, and Kia showrooms and service centers, we also built a 10-bay collision center with an explosion-proof paint storage area, paint prep room and fully-monitored paint booth.

“I’ve had a lot of buildings constructed and I now know the difference that attention to detail can make. Vigilance in the early stages and quality control throughout will lower operating costs in the long term and provide exponential savings. That is the value that Ouellet brings to the table.” Bill Dodge
