Project Highlights
-
Project Value: $480,000
-
Size: 3,100 square feet
-
Timeline: 1998
The owner of this property wanted to maximize its value by tearing down the existing bank and building a much larger, state-of-the-art facility. Ouellet Associates helped him select an architect and manifest his vision in reality.
This was an extremely tight site with zero set-back property lines. The new facility took up every buildable inch of the existing footprint. It required managing the traffic flow, in and out of the busy Hannaford shopping plaza. It was also necessary to relocate Brunswick’s main storm water line. OAI worked closely with the owner, architect and tenant, as well as the Brunswick Downtown Revitalization Project to bring this project to completion on a fast track.
